摘　　要：分析了各种型号聚合釜在运行过程中的常见故障,并提出了相应的解决措施。指出聚合釜的管理重点为寿命管理,对达到使用寿命、使用状况差的聚合釜应逐步进行更新。The common faults of various types of polymerizers during operation were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.It was pointed out that the key management point of the polymerizers was life management and that the polymerizers which had reached the service life or were in poor service conditions should be updated gradually.
