摘　　要：离岸创新中心是一种科技国际合作和集聚全球高端创新资源的新模式。珠海市具有建设离岸创新中心的良好基础。珠海市通过政府主导或企业、科研机构自主设立海外研发中心、孵化器等离岸创新中心,离岸创新中心建设进展顺利并取得一定成效。Offshore innovation center is a new mode of international cooperation in science and technology which will gather global innovation resources,and Zhuhai has a good foundation for the construction of offshore innovation center.Zhuhai has set up offshore innovation centers such as overseas R&D centers and incubators under the guidance of the government or enterprises and scientific research institutions.The construction of Zhuhai’s offshore innovation centers is progressing smoothly and has achieved some results.
