江苏省新型城镇化发展水平综合评价分析

摘　　要：本文选取人口城镇化、经济城镇化、社会城镇化、环境城镇化等4个一级指标和17个二级指标,运用熵权法对江苏省新型城镇化水平和地区差异性进行了研究,并构建了新型城镇化发展水平评价指标体系。研究表明:江苏省各市县的新型城镇化水平随时间推移而提高,但仍然呈现出明显的区域差异,且这种差异呈逐年扩大趋势;全省城镇化水平由南向北逐渐降低,明显形成三级阶梯:苏南、苏中和苏北。This paper analyzes the current situation of new urbanization in Jiangsu province,studies the urbanization level and regional differences of Jiangsu province by the entropy method,four indicators including population urbanization,economic urbanization,social urbanization and environmental urbanization are selected to construct the evaluation index system of new urbanization development level.Research findings show that the new urbanization level of the cities and counties in Jiangsu province improved with time,but still exhibits obvious regional differences,and this difference is expanding year by year,the provincial urbanization level gradually decreased from south to north,forming three steps:South Jiangsu,central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu.
