摘　　要：外科打结是临床医学专业学生必须学习的基本操作,正确、熟练的打结操作对缝合的质量与伤口的预后有重要的影响。本文通过自制的可拆卸式打结练习器,对临床医学专业学生进行方结、外科结、深部打结教学与训练,并从持线动作、打结顺序、张力方向和打结数量等方面对学生展开考核结果调查。Surgical knotting is a basic operation for clinical medicine students.Correct and skilled knotting operation has an important influence on the quality of sutures and the prognosis of wounds.This article uses a self-made detachable knotting exerciser to teach and train square knots,surgical knots,and deep knots for clinical medicine students,and conducted a survey to examine the thread-holding movement,the sequence of knots,the direction of tension,and the number of knots.
