摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议的推进与落实给高校就业创业指导工作带来了新的挑战与机遇。本文在阐述高校就业创业指导工作意义的基础上,探讨了新阶段高校就业创业指导工作面临的困境,通过分析影响大学生就业创业的主要因素,提出了“一带一路”背景下创新高校就业创业指导工作的路径。The promotion and implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative has brought new challenges as well as opportunities to the employment and entrepreneurship guidance work of colleges and universities.On the basis of expounding the significance of it,this paper discusses the difficulties encountered by employment and entrepreneurship guidance in colleges and universities in the new stage.Through the analysis of the main factors that affect the employment and entrepreneurship of college students,a path for innovating college employment and entrepreneurship guidance under the background of the“Belt and Road”initiative is proposed.
