摘　　要：随着“一带一路”倡议的提出,我国企业与外资合作的机会也不断增加,国际知识产权竞争问题也随之而来。本文通过分析“一带一路”背景下我国知识产权保护面临的问题,以建立“一带一路”知识产权保护合作制度和企业海外知识产权保护风险防控体系为目的,提出了相应的对策措施。With the proposal of the“Belt and Road”initiative,opportunities for Chinese enterprises to cooperate with foreign capital are also increasing,and international intellectual property competition issues also emerged.This article analyzes the problems faced by intellectual property protection in China under the background of the“Belt and Road”,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the purpose of establishing the“Belt and Road”intellectual property protection cooperation system and the overseas intellectual property protection risk prevention and control system of enterprises.
