摘 要:为了探究脉冲等离子体作用下SF_(6)气体间隙的极限触发特性,搭建了SF_(6)气体开关间隙平台,设计实验研究了不同间隙距离、气压、触发能量下毛细管放电等离子体触发SF_(6)气体间隙的最低工作系数和导通时延。实验结果表明,SF_(6)气体开关最低工作系数随气体开关间隙增大而提高,随工作气压增高而提高,随触发能量的增大而降低,毛细管脉冲等离子体喷射触发技术能在5%的工作系数以下可靠触发导通工作气压为0.1~0.3 MPa,间隙距离不超过50 mm的SF_(6)气体开关间隙,并给出了不同气压、间距条件下最低工作系数的经验公式。In order to explore the limit triggering characteristics of the SF_(6) gas gap under the action of pulsed discharge plasma,a SF_(6) gas gap platform wasestablished.Experiments were carried out to study the minimum operating coefficient and conductance of the capillary discharge plasma triggering the SF_(6) gas gap under different gap distances,pressures,and triggering energy.The experimental results indicate that the minimum operating coefficient of the SF_(6) gas switch increases with the increase of the gas switch gap,increases with the increase of the working pressure,and decreases with the increase of the trigger energy.The capillary discharge plasma jet triggering technology can reliably trigger the conduction of the SF_(6) gas switch gap with a working pressure of 0.1~0.3 MPa and a gap distance of not more than 50mm under a working coefficient of 5%.An empirical formula for the lowest working coefficient under different air pressure and spacing conditions is given.
