摘　　要：阐述一起油浸式变压器油枕内油位计浮球连杆安装失误造成油位显示不准,变压器注油过量,在变压器运行过程中变压器油膨胀致使变压器内部压力增大,引起压力释放阀安装法兰根部出现裂纹,压力释放阀保护动作的故障及处理过程。Incorrect installation of the oil level gauge floating ball connecting rod in the oil-immersed transformer oil pillow caused inaccurate oil level display,resulting in excessive oil filling of the transformer.During the operation of the transformer,the expansion of the transformer oil causes the internal pressure of the transformer to increase,causing cracks at the root of the mounting flange of the pressure relief valve.The fault and treatment process of pressure relief valve protection action are introduced.
