摘　　要：自身免疫调节因子(Aire)通过调控多种基因的转录过程,在免疫耐受中起到重要的作用。目前关于Aire在中枢免疫和外周免疫耐受中的作用机制逐步被了解,为进一步研究Aire在自身免疫中的作用和其与相关疾病的关系,该文综述了Aire在机体免疫耐受中的作用机制研究进展。The autoimmune regulator(Aire)plays an essential role in the immune tolerance by regulating the transcription process of multiple genes.At present,the mechanism of Aire in central and peripheral immune tolerance is gradually being understood.In order to further understand the role of Aire in autoimmunity and its relationship with related diseases,this article reviews the progress on the action mechanism of Aire in the body immune tolerance.
