中风运动障碍的标本结合推拿治疗观察

摘　　要：目的:观察头部加四肢标本结合推拿对中风肢体运动障碍的疗效。方法:随机对照选择110例患者纳入观察,对照组55例(男性32例,女性23例),推拿组55例(男性34例,女性21例),对照组以基础治疗为主,配合四肢功能训练,每周5次,2周为1个疗程,连续3个疗程;推拿组在对照组处理基础上,施以标本结合推拿手法治疗,每次25~30min,隔日治疗1次,7次为1个疗程,连续3个疗程。结果:治疗后两组上、下肢肌力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组运动功能评估量表(MAS)评分及疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组日常生活活动能力评定的Barthel指数评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:标本结合推拿可以增强患肢肌力,提高运动能力,改善日常活动能力,在促进脑卒中患者康复、重返社会中具有良好价值。Objective:To observe the curative effect of integrated Biaoben Tuina on limbs and head for stroke dyskinesia.Methods:One hundred ten cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into the Tuina group(34 cases of male,female 21 cases)and the control group(32 cases of male,female 23 cases),each group includes 55 cases.The control group was given priority to with basic treatment,combined with limb function training,5 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses.On the basis of the treatment in the control group,the Tuina group was given a combination of near and far Tuina treatment for 25~30 minutes each time,once every other day,7 times a course of treatment,3 consecutive courses.Results:After the intervention,there were significant differences between the two groups in muscle strength of upper and lower limbs(P<0.05).There also were significant differences between the two groups on Motor Assessment Scale(MAS)and therapeutic evaluation.And then found there were significant differences between the two groups on Barthel index score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated Biaoben Tuina on limbs and head can significantly improve the muscle strength of patients with stroke dyskinesia and improve their daily living activity,which is worth for the rehabilitation of patients.
