中药含漱液治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价中药含漱液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果。方法:根据纳入和排除标准,检索建库至2020年12月的中英文文献,对纳入的文献进行质量评价并采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入16项研究,样本总量1664例。结果提示,对于复发性口腔溃疡,中药含漱液能提高临床治疗总有效率(OR=3.78,95%CI(2.77,5.16),P<0.00001),降低疼痛指数(MD=-1.40,95%CI[-2.18,-0.62],P=0.0004),缩短平均溃疡期(MD=-1.90,95%CI[-2.69,-1.11],P<0.00001),降低复发率(OR=0.39,95%CI[0.25,0.63],P=0.0001),与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义。结论:使用中药含漱液对复发性口腔溃疡具有一定临床效果,但纳入文献的质量不高,结论有待高质量文献进一步验证。Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Chinese Medicine gargle in treating recurrent oral ulcers.Methods:The literatures from the establishment of the database to December 2020 were searched and evaluated.Review Manager 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 16 studies were identified and 1664 patients were involved.The results of meta-analyses showed that compared with control groups,Chinese Medicine gargle groups could increase the total effective rate(OR=3.78,95%CI[2.77,5.16],P<0.00001),reduce pain index(MD=-1.40,95%CI[-2.18,-0.62],P=0.0004),decrease the average ulcer period(1.90,95%CI[-2.69,-1.11],P<0.00001),reduce recurrence rate(OR=0.39,95%CI[0.25,0.63],P=0.0001).Conclusion:Efficacy of Chinese Medicine gargle for recurrent oral ulcers was good.Due to the quality of the studies included were limited,the conclusion needs to be verified by more high-quality studies.
