摘 要:密封固化剂和水性环氧地坪涂料是目前两大类主流地坪产品。本研究的目的在于从全新的角度,对水性环氧地坪涂料和密封固化地坪做多方位的物理与化学性能对比,为更加深入地认识这两类产品提供新的可借鉴的测试方法。本研究采用透水率来表征封闭性;采用铅笔硬度与莫氏硬度相结合的方法来表征表面强度;采用耐沾污性试验方法来表征耐污性能等。结果表明,水性环氧体系比未经打磨抛光处理的密封固化剂地坪具备更好的封闭性、耐化学性以及耐沾污性能,但是其表面强度不如密封固化剂地坪。Liquid hardeners and waterborne epoxy floor coatings are two major types of floor products.The purpose of this article is to compare the physical and chemical properties of waterborne epoxy floor coatings and liquid hardener floors from a new perspective,so as to provide new test methods for a deeper understanding of these two types of products.The water permeability was selected to characterize the sealing property.The combination of pencil hardness and Mohs hardness was selected to characterize the surface strength.The fouling resistance test method is used to characterize the fouling resistance performance.The results show that the waterborne epoxy system has better sealing,chemical resistance and stain resistance than the liquid hardener floor which has not been polished,but its surface strength is not as good as the liquid hardener floor.
