摘 要:研究了单种煤灰分、挥发分、硫分、胶质层厚度、黏结指数、煤镜质组平均最大反射率等指标对焦炭热态强度的影响。基于配合煤镜质组平均最大反射率在1.3%-1.4%时焦炭热态强度达到最优区间的研究结果,通过调整配合煤镜质组平均最大反射率,优化配煤炼焦方案,使焦炭反应性降低了1.9个百分点,焦炭反应后强度提高了2.4个百分点。The effects of ash content,volatile matter,sulfur content,thickness of colloidal layer,bonding index and average maximum reflectance of vitrinite R_(max)^(o)in terms of an individual coal on thermal strength of coke were studied.Based on the study results that the thermal strength of coke reached the optimum interval when the R_(max)^(o) of a blended coal was in the range of 1.3%and 1.4%,the coke reactivity was reduced by 1.9 percent while the coke strength after reaction was increased by 2.4 percent by adjusting the R_(max)^(o) average maximum reflectivity of the blended coal and optimizing the coal blending scheme for coke-making.
