摘　　要：鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司根据钢种成品硫含量的不同要求,采取了转炉冶炼时分级加入脱硫渣铁,氩站充分脱硫的措施,采取措施后,成品硫含量控制在0.010%以内,减少了脱硫渣铁外排对生态环境的污染,降低了综合生产成本44元/t。According to the different requirements on content of sulfur in finished steel products,such measures as adding desulfurized slag iron in steel grades during steelmaking by converter and completely desulfurizing in argon station were taken in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..After the measures were taken,the content of sulfur in finished steel products was controlled to be less than 0.010%.And thus the pollution of desulfurized slag iron discharged to ecological environment was eased while the comprehensive production cost per ton of steel was also reduced by 44 yuan RMB.
