摘  要:对310乙字钢不同轧制区域轧件轮廓和关键尺寸进行测量,并进行了关键轧制道次轧制仿真分析,找出影响310乙字钢端部规格尺寸波动的关键因素是BD轧机出钢弯曲。通过优化轧制工艺、增加导卫系统,缓解了310乙字钢端部规格尺寸波动大的问题,成材率从75%提高到82.5%。Measurement of the contour outlines and critical dimensions in terms of the rolled pieces in different rolling areas where the 310 B-shaped steel were rolled was done and also the simulation analysis on the key rolling passes was carried out.It was found that the key factor affecting the fluctuation of the dimensions of the 310 B-shaped steel at the end was the bending of the steel in steel-delivering by BD mill.By optimizing the rolling process and adding the guide system and guard system,the problem that the dimension fluctuation in terms of 310 B-shaped steel at the end was alleviated,and therefore the yield rate of finished steel products was increased from 75%to 82.5%.
