摘  要:针对火箭发动机测试需求,笔者设计一种基于以太网通信的振动数据采集系统.硬件部分以STM32单片机为核心,对AD转换模块和以太网传输模块进行控制,并与上位机软件实现网口通信。系统性能的测试结果显示,系统可持续稳定地采集多通道同步的振动数据,并以1 s为周期计算信号的频谱,以便操作人员随时掌握试验状态,可满足火箭发动机试验中的测试需求。A vibration data acquisition system based on Ethernet communication was designed to meet the requirement of rocket engine test.In the hardware part,The STM32 micro-controllers was used as the core to control the AD conversion module and Ethernet transmission module,by which realized network communication with the software of PC.The performance of the system was tested.The results show that the system can carry out multi-channels and synchronous vibration data acquisition continuously and stably,and compute the spectrum of signal with the period of 1 second,which help the operator grasp the test status at any time and meet the test requirements in the rocket engine test.
