摘　　要：为了更好地贯彻党的十九大精神指示,广汽集团(以下简称集团)结合监察工作的实际情况,通过信息化技术手段,实现监察工作的探索与创新,丰富集团相关工作的管理服务手段,不断提高工作的规范化、专业化、精细化水平.基于此,笔者介绍了集团如何利用信息化的手段,建立多维度、立体式、数字化的效能监察管理平台,有效地融合了集团效能监察的各项业务.In order to better implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,combined with the actual situation of supervision work of GAC group(hereinafter referred to as group),through Information Technology means,realize the exploration and innovation of supervision work,enrich the management and service means of relevant work of GAC group,and constantly improve the standardization,specialization and refinement level of work.This paper introduces how the group uses the means of Information Technology to establish a multi-dimensional,stereoscopic,digital efficiency monitoring management platform,which effectively integrates the various businesses of the group's efficiency supervision.
