摘　　要：为了促进医院的信息化、规范化及创新性管理,运用IT运维管理系统为医院管理赋能.以兰州大学第一医院为例,分析了新形势下三甲医院IT运维管理的功能需求与非功能需求,同时也明确了该三甲医院的IT运维管理系统架构与功能.In order to promote the informatization,standardization and innovative management of the hospital,and use the IT operation and maintenance management system to fully highlight the advantages of hospital management,this paper takes the first hospital of Lanzhou University as an example,analyzes the functional and non functional requirements of it operation and maintenance management of the third class a hospital under the new situation,and also defines the IT operation and maintenance management system architecture and functions of the third class a hospital.
