摘 要:为进一步掌握蒸养温度和粉煤灰对蒸养混凝土性能影响规律,试验调查了60℃温度条件下,掺粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度性能,并以胶凝系数为指标,分析了蒸养温度对粉煤灰在混凝土中的胶凝系数的影响。结果表明,在所调查温度下,以粉煤灰等量取代基准水泥的混凝土在1-90 d龄期内的抗压强度均低于基准混凝土;随蒸养温度增加,各混凝土7 d龄期后的抗压强度呈现降低趋势。蒸汽养护制度改变了混凝土内部水化产物的微观结构,使得混凝土内部孔隙结构更为粗化,界面过渡区的宽度明显增加。In order to know more about the influence of fly ash and steam curing temperature on the performance of steam cured concrete,compressive strength of steam cured concrete with fly ash was investigated at curing temperature 60℃.And the influence of steam curing temperature on the cementitious coefficient of fly ash in concrete was analyzed by employing the index of cementitious coefficient.The results showed that the compressive strength of concrete with fly ash by equivalent replacement of P·I 42.5 cement were lower than that of reference concrete at the age of 1-90 d under 20℃standard curing and 60℃steam curing condition.The compressive strength of concrete showed downward trend with the increasing of steam curing temperature after 7 days.Steam curing regime changes the microstructure of hydration products in concrete,which makes the pore structure coarser and the width of interfacial transition zone increase obviously.
