摘 要:为探究玄武岩石粉的火山灰活性效应,采用胶砂强度比法研究了两种玄武岩石粉细度在160-600 m^(2)/kg范围对抗压活性指数的影响,应用比强度法分析了玄武岩石粉掺量在0-40%范围内对火山灰活性指数的影响,并通过活性物质含量的测定分析了石粉的活性率,通过热分析与XRD测试了掺石粉的水泥水化产物中Ca(OH)_(2)含量。结果表明:随玄武岩石粉细度的增加,石粉抗压活性指数呈先增大后减小,并在比表面积500 m^(2)/kg左右时达到最大;石粉在掺量20%左右时火山灰活性指数最大;所用玄武岩为高活性天然火山灰材料,火山灰活性强的玄武岩在水泥水化过程中会消耗更多的Ca(OH)_(2)。In order to study the pozzolanic activity effect of basalt dusts,the influence of the fineness of basalt dusts on the activity index of resistance to pressure was studied by colloidal sand strength method.The specific strength method was used to analyze the influence of the content of basalt dusts on the activity index of volcanic ash in the range of 0-40%,and the activity rate method was used to study the content of active substances in igneous dusts,and the content of Ca(OH)_(2) in hydration products was studied by XRD and thermal analysis.The results showed that the compressive strength of stone dusts increased first and then decreased with the increase of fineness and reaches the maximum at about 500 m^(2)/kg.When the content of basalt dusts is about 20%,the activity index of compressive volcanic ash is the highest.The basalt is a highly active natural volcanic material.The more active basalt consumed more Ca(OH)_(2).
