提高铁道货车超偏载检测装置确报匹配率的探讨

摘　　要：在铁道货车超偏载检测装置运行过程中,确报信息未正确匹配现象时有发生。为提高超偏载检测装置确报匹配率,统计分析某编组站1个月内3处超偏载检测装置测点确报未匹配的列车。通过现场调研,分析得出确报未匹配产生原因有列车在台面加减速或停车、车号设备性能不良导致车号识别不准确。针对确报未匹配产生原因,结合工作经验,提出相应改进建议,为更好地运用超偏载检测装置提供参考。During the operation of the overload and unbalanced load detection device for railway freight cars,the phenomenon that the train consists information is not matched often occurs.In order to improve the train consists report matching rate of the overload and unbalanced load detection device,the unmatched trains detected by three measuring points of the overload and unbalanced load detection device in a marshalling station within one month were statistically analyzed.Through the field investigation,it is concluded that the causes of the mismatch are the acceleration and deceleration or parking of the train on the platform,and the inaccurate identification of the train number caused by the poor performance of the train number equipment.In view of the causes of the mismatch,combined with the working experience,the corresponding improvement suggestions are raised,which provides references for the better use of the overload and unbalanced load detection device.
