摘　　要：JX300型接触网检测车车顶天窗开启与车辆走行互锁,当天窗锁闭检测电路发生故障时,即使车顶天窗正常锁闭到位,检测车也无法行驶。为解决该问题,分析JX300型接触网检测车行车控制电路,找出行车控制电路设计缺陷。采取在行车控制电路上加装天窗应急电路方案,保证在检测车天窗锁闭到位,但天窗锁闭检测电路发生故障的情况下,行车功能正常。简要介绍天窗应急电路方案及其实施。JX300 catenary inspection car skylight open state and car running state interlock.The driving control function of inspection car stops when the skylight locking detection circuit fails,even if the skylight is normally locked in place.In order to solve this issue,the driving control circuit of JX300 catenary inspection car is analyzed,the design defects of the driving control circuit are found out,and the scheme of installing skylight emergency circuit on the driving control circuit is adopted.Under the condition that the skylight of the inspection car is locked in place and the skylight locking detection circuit fails,the normal driving function can still be ensured.This paper briefly introduces the implementation scheme of skylight emergency circuit.
