日目标健康教育清单在成年水痘患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨日目标健康教育清单用于成年水痘患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月—2019年10月本院治疗的69例成年水痘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组和观察组两组,对照组34例,观察组35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取日目标清单式的健康教育模式。比较护理服务前后两组患者成年水痘疾病知识掌握情况及两组患者对健康教育满意度。结果观察组患者疾病知识掌握得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在病区环境、饮食与活动、出院指导方面的满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在护理安全、消毒隔离、疾病知识、症状护理、检查知识、用药知识方面的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对成人水痘患者实施日目标清单式健康教育,提高了患者的知识水平及对健康教育的满意度,可在临床护理中推广。Objective To explore the application effect of daily target health education list in the nursing of adult varicella patients.Methods 69 adult varicella patients treated in our hospital from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups:control group(34 cases)and observation group(35 cases).Control group adopted routine nursing,the daily target health education list was applied in observation group on the basis of conventional nursing.The mastering of knowledge of varicella disease and the satisfaction of health education were compared between the two groups before and after nursing service.Results The score of mastering disease knowledge in observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference between the two groups in satisfaction with ward environment,diet and exercise,discharge guidance(P>0.05).There were significant difference between the two groups in satisfaction within nursing safety,disinfection and isolation,disease knowledge,symptom nursing,examination knowledge and medication knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusions The daily target checklist health education for adult varicella patients could improve their knowledge level and satisfaction with health education,and is worth of promote in clinical nursing.
