摘　　要：文章系统梳理了日本高校图书馆近40年的职能变迁情况,并在职能变迁背景下探析其馆员职业素养提升的途径及内容,在此基础上提出我国高校图书馆应积极探索与其他各级机构合作,提升馆员深层次嵌入式学科服务能力,开展科研数据管理相关培训,提升馆员数据素养,推动新时代高校图书馆深层次嵌入式学科服务与科研数据管理职能的实现。The article systematically studies the function changes of Japanese university libraries in the past 40 years and explores ways to improve the professional accomplishment of their librarians under the background of function changes.On this basis,it is proposed that Chinese university libraries should actively cooperate with other institutes to build in librarians the embedded subject service capabilities,offer training of research data management,improve librarians'data literacy,and work to provide better-embedded subject services and fulfill their scientific research data management functions in the new era.
