书院制下传统“善”文化的思想政治教育价值与路径研究

摘　　要：“善”文化是中华传统文化的重要组成部分,具有丰富的内涵及深刻的意义,也为高校思想政治教育提供了理论来源。“善”文化有助于增进学生价值认同,培养学生优秀品格、提升自我发展的能力,帮助学生建立良好的人际关系。书院制背景下实施“善”文化教育,应注重培养学生感恩、关爱、宽容谦让等为善意识,从平台搭建、文化建设、评价体系等方面入手,推动传统“善”文化教育内化于心、外化于形。"Good"culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,which has rich connotation and profound significance,and provides theoretical source for ideological and political education in colleges and universities."Good"culture helps to enhance students'value identification,cultivate their excellent character,enhance their ability of self-development,and help them establish good interpersonal relationship.In order to carry out the education of"good"culture under the background of Academy System,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students'good consciousness,such as gratitude,care,tolerance and humility,etc.,to promote the traditional"good"cultural education internalized in the heart,externalized in the form.
