摘　　要：高校安全稳定关系到学生的健康成长、高校综合改革发展、培养全面发展人才以及社会和谐安定。新时代高校安全稳定面临复杂多变的环境、不断累积的隐患以及逐步增大的防控难度。加强高校学生安全稳定防控体系建设是时代的必然选择,是坚持国家总体安全观、提升学生安全素质、保护学生安全的重要举措,本文从树立大数据防控的理念观念、理顺防控工作体制机制、创新安全素质教育实践模式三方面阐述高校学生安全稳定防控体系的建设路径。The Safety and stability of college is related to the healthy growth of students,the comprehensive reform and development of universities,the cultivation of well-rounded talents,and social harmony and stability.In the new era,the security and stability of universities are facing a complex and changing environment,accumulating hidden risks and increasing difficulties of prevention and control.To strengthen university students'construction system for prevention and control of safety and stability is not only the inevitable choice of our times,but also an important measure to uphold the overall national security concept,improve students'safety quality and protect the safety of students.This thesis expounds the construction path of university students'security and stability of prevention and control system from three aspects:establishing the concept of big data prevention and control,straightening out the system and mechanism of prevention and control,and innovating the practice mode of safety quality education.
