摘  要:目的在感音神经性听力损失(sensorineural hearing loss,SNHL)成年患者中通过回归方程,应用多频听觉稳态反应(auditory steady-state response,ASSR)和同侧切迹噪声(notched noise,NN)掩蔽短纯音诱发的听性脑干反应(NN-ABR)预测纯音听阈。方法 测试22例(30耳)SNHL成年患者的多频ASSR和NN-ABR反应阈,将其代入各自对纯音听阈的回归方程,将所得的预测听阈与实际纯音听阈进行比较。结果本组SNHL成年患者0.5、1、2、4 kHz的多频ASSR预测听阈与实际纯音听阈之差为(-1.37±10.6)、(-0.47±9.8)、(1.98±6.6)、(-3.8±11.4)dB;相应频率NN-ABR预测听阈与实际纯音听阈之差为(-0.32±9.6)、(1.4±7.9)、(0.18±5.7)、(-0.8±6.0)dB。协方差分析显示测试方法对预测结果无显著影响(F=0.669,P=0.415)。结论使用多频ASSR和NN-ABR反应阈通过回归方程预测纯音听阈均有较高的准确性。OBJECTIVE To predict pure-tone thresholds in sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL)adults,using thresholds of multiple auditory steady-state response(ASSR)and tone burst-evoked auditory brainstem response in notched noise(NN-ABR)via the regression equation.METHODS Multiple ASSR and NN-ABR thresholds of 22 SNHL adults(30 ears)were substituted in regression equations between auditory evoked response thresholds and pure-tone thresholds to obtain estimated pure-tone thresholds.The estimated thresholds were compared with the actual ones to evaluate the accuracy of ASSR and NN-ABR in predicting pure-tone thresholds.RESULTS Differences between ASSR-predicted and actual pure-tone thresholds in this SNHL adults group were(-1.37±10.6),(-0.47±9.8),(1.98±6.6),(-3.8±11.4)dB at 0.5,1,2,4 kHz respectively.Those for NN-ABR were(-0.32±9.6),(1.4±7.9),(0.18±5.7),(-0.8±6.0)dB respectively.Analysis of covariance showed that the test methods had no significant effect on the prediction(F=0.669,P-0.415).CONCLUSION Both ASSR and NN-ABR thresholds can accurately predict puretone thresholds via regression equations.
