摘 要:目的探讨低温等离子下声门上成形术在新生儿喉软化治疗中的效果。方法选取2014年1月~2019年6月郑州大学附属儿童医院治疗的重度喉软化新生儿103例,根据最终选取的治疗方案分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=55),观察组给予低温等离子下声门上成形术,对照组给予保守治疗,观察两组治愈率等。结果观察组治疗1、3、6个月后治愈率分别为66.67%、100%和100%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);体重分别为(5.45±0.64)kg、(6.22±0.80)kg和(7.22±0.89)kg,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);最低血氧饱和度分别为(90.10±4.22)%、(93.56±3.03)%和(95.50±2.00)%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月、3个月和6个月后食管括约肌静息压分别为(2.30±0.70)kPa、(2.35±0.79)kPa和(2.87±0.80)kPa,蠕动性收缩比分别为(68.98±7.11)%、(72.15±8.03)kPa和(76.68±8.90)kPa,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子下声门上成形术治疗新生儿喉软化有较好的效果,其治愈率高,改善患儿生长发育。OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of supraglottic plasty with low-temperature plasma radio frequency ablation in the treatment of neonatal laryngomalacia.METHODS A total of 103 newborns with severe laryngomalacia treated in our hospital were selected between January 2014 and June 2019,and were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=55)according to the final treatment plan.The observation group was treated with supraglottic plasty using low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation,and the control group was treated with conservative treatment.The cure rate of the two groups was compared.RESULTS The cure rates of the observation group after 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment were 66.67%,100%and 100%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The body weights of(5.45±0.64)kg,(6.22±0.80)kg and(7.22±0.89)kg were significantly heavier than those of the control group(P<0.05).The lowest blood oxygen saturation values of(90.10±4.22)%,(93.56±3.03)%and(95.50±2.00)%in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment,the esophageal sphincter resting pressures were(2.30±0.70)kPa,(2.35±0.79)kPa and(2.87±0.80)kPa,and the peristaltic contraction ratios were(68.98±7.11)%,(72.15±8.03)kPa and(76.68±8.90)kPa in the observation group,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<O.O5).CONCLUSION Supraglottic plasty with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has a good efficacy in the treatment of neonatal laryngomalacia.It has a high cure rate,and can improves the growth and development of the children.
