摘  要:本研究旨在通过考察不同生理学时期梅花鹿血清生化指标的动态变化,阐明酵母硒对其血清生化指标的影响。选取20头体况相近、5岁健康的雄性梅花鹿,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每组单圈饲养,分别饲喂在基础饲粮基础上添加0 mg/kg(Ⅰ组,对照组)、0.3 mg/kg(Ⅱ组)、1.2 mg/kg(Ⅲ组)、4.8 mg/kg(Ⅳ组)硒元素的饲粮,硒源为酵母硒(硒含量为2000 mg/kg)。预试期7 d,正试期110 d。结果表明,1)Ⅰ组梅花鹿的血清葡萄糖浓度在8月份时极显著高于5月份(P<0.01),显著高于6月份和7月份(P<0.05);2)Ⅰ组梅花鹿血清尿素氮浓度在5月份时显著高于7月份和8月份(P<0.05);Ⅱ组梅花鹿血清尿素氮浓度在5月份时极显著高于8月份(P<0.01),梅花鹿血清白蛋白浓度在5月份时显著高于7月份和8月份(P<0.05),血清白蛋白浓度在6月份时显著高于8月份(P<0.05);3)Ⅰ组梅花鹿血清碱性磷酸酶活性在6月份和8月份时极显著高于5月份和7月份(P<0.01),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组梅花鹿血清碱性磷酸酶活性在6月份时极显著高于5月份和7月份(P<0.01);Ⅳ组梅花鹿血清碱性磷酸酶活性在6月份时极显著高于7月份(P<0.01),显著高于5月份(P<0.05);Ⅳ组梅花鹿血清丙氨酸转氨酶活性在7月份时显著高于6月份(P<0.05)。综上所述,生茸期梅花鹿血清碱性磷酸酶活性高于其他生理时期,0.3 mg/kg和1.2 mg/kg硒添加量组梅花鹿血清碱性磷酸酶含量在6月份达到峰值,酵母硒有提高生茸期梅花鹿血清碱性磷酸酶的作用。The aim of this study was to investigate the dynamic changes of serum biochemical indexes of the sika deer during different physiological periods and the effects of the yeast selenium on serum biochemical indexes.Selecting 20 head body condition,the age of five healthy male sika deers,and randomly divided into 4 groups,each group repeated five times,each group of lap feeding,feeding respectively based on the basis of adding 0 mg/kg(Ⅰ group,the control group),0.3 mg/kg(Ⅱ group),1.2 mg/kg(Ⅲ group),4.8 mg/kg(group Ⅳ)selenium fodder,the source of selenium was the yeast selenium(selenium content is 000 mg/kg).The pre-test lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 110 days.The results showed that 1)Ⅰ group of the sika deer serum glucose concentration in August significantly higher than in May(P<0.01),significantly higher than in June and July serum glucose concentrations(P<0.05).2)Ⅰ group of sika deer serum urea nitrogen concentration in May is significantly higher than in July and August(P<0.05).Ⅱ group of sika deer serum urea nitrogen concentration in May significantly higher than that of August(P<0.01),serum albumin concentrations in May significantly higher than in July and August(P<0.05),serum albumin concentrations in June were significantly higher in August(P<0.05).3)Ⅰ group of sika deer serum alkaline phosphatase activity in June and August was significantly higher than in May and July(P<0.01),Ⅱ group and Ⅲ sika deer serum alkaline phosphatase activity in June was significantly higher than in May and July(P<0.01).Ⅳ group of sika deer serum a lkaline phosphatase activity in June was extremely significantly higher than in July(P<0.01),significantly higher than in May(P<0.05).Ⅳ group of sika deer serum Alt activity in July was significantly higher than in June(P<0.05).It is concluded that the serum alkaline phosphatase activity of sika deer in antler-growing stage is higher than that at other physiological stages.The serum alkaline phosphatase content of sika deer in 0.3 mg/k
