培元通脑胶囊重金属生物利用度研究及风险评估

摘　　要：本文研究培元通脑胶囊中重金属铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)和铅(Pb)的总量及生物可给性。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定Cu、As、Cd、Hg和Pb总重金属含量及在人工胃液、肠液中溶出量,应用美国环保局提出的靶标危害系数法(THQ)及FAO/WHO(JECFA)推荐的有害金属限量标准评估暴露人群体内重金属含量的健康风险。结果表明,培元通脑胶囊中Cu、As、Cd、Hg及Pb的生物利用度分别为0.65、0.46、0.49、0.41和0.52。通过风险评估模型计算THQ生物可给量为0.0634,总量为0.1514。按照JECFA标准计算培元通脑胶囊日剂量,总量Hg超标,而生物可给量各重金属均符合规定。综上所述,培元通脑胶囊中总重金属的含量不能被人体完全吸收,人体吸收含量均处于安全范围内。To study the total amount and bioavailability of Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules.The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the total heavy metal content,and the amount of dissolved in artificial gastric juice and intestinal juice of Cu,As,Cd,Hg,Pb,target hazard quotients(THQ)was proposed by US Environmental Protection Agency,and the limit assess of the health risk under the heavy metal exposures.The bioaccessibility of Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules were 0.65,0.46,0.49,0.41 and 0.52 and respectively.The values of the THQ for the bioaccessibility and total amount of heavy metals were 0.0634 and 0.1514 calculated by the risk assessment model.According to the JECFA standard,the daily dose of Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules was calculated.The total amount of Hg exceeded the standard,and the bioavailable heavy metal met the regulations.The heavy metals in Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules were not able to be completely absorbed by the human body and their content were in a safe range.
