院前急救对急性心肌梗死患者预后的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨院前急救对急性心肌梗死患者预后的影响。方法50例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组实施一般治疗,观察组实施院前急救。对比两组患者抢救成功率。结果观察组患者抢救成功率为92.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论作为院内抢救的基础,院前急救是进行急救要采取的首个步骤,在医疗救治系统中不可或缺。院前急救应用于急性心肌梗死患者的救治中,可有效改善患者临床症状及预后效果;院前急救能够显著提高急性心肌梗死患者的抢救成功率,降低患者病死率,有助于提升急救工作效率和工作质量,急救效果显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of pre-hospital emergency care on the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general therapy,and the observation group was treated with pre-hospital care.The emergency success rate of the two groups was compared.Results The emergency success rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 68.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency care,as the basis of hospital rescue,is the first step of first aid,and it is indispensable in the medical treatment system.Pre-hospital emergency care applied in patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and prognostic effect of patients,significantly increase the emergency success rate of patients,decrease the mortality rate,reduce the mortality rate of patients,and help improve the efficiency and quality of emergency work.The first aid effect is remarkable and it is worth promoting.
