双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法60例腹泻患儿,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,研究组采用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗。对比两组临床症状恢复时间、临床疗效及治疗前后免疫功能指标改善情况。结果研究组血常规恢复时间、大便恢复时间、发热恢复时间、腹痛恢复时间、呕吐恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)为(1.8±1.1)g/L,免疫球蛋白G(IgG)为(14.2±0.5)g/L,CD4/CD8为(1.8±0.5);对照组IgA为(1.3±0.3)g/L,IgG为(11.7±0.2)g/L,CD4/CD8为(1.4±0.3);研究组IgA、IgG、CD4/CD8水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.7%,高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿腹泻患儿采用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗后能够有效缩短症状恢复时间,提高免疫功能。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of bifid triple viable tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea and its influence on immune function of children.Methods A total of 60 cases of infantile diarrhea were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the research group was treated with bifid triple viable tablets and montmorillonite powder.The remission time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,improvement of immune function indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The blood routine recovery time,stool recovery time,fever clearance time,disappearance time of abdominal pain,and disappearance time of vomiting of the research group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and CD4/CD8 of the research group were(1.8±1.1)g/L,(14.2±0.5)g/L and(1.8±0.5),which were(1.3±0.3)g/L,(11.7±0.2)g/L and(1.4±0.3)of the control group.The levels of IgA,IgG and CD4/CD8 of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the research group was 96.7%,which was higher than 76.7%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of bifid triple viable tablets and montmorillonite powder can effectively shorten the remission time of symptoms and improve immune function of children with diarrhea.
