复方甘草酸苷片联合消银颗粒在慢性皮炎治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析复方甘草酸苷片联合消银颗粒在慢性皮炎治疗中的价值。方法86例慢性皮炎患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各43例。对照组单独使用复方甘草酸苷片治疗,观察组在复方甘草酸苷片治疗的基础上增加消银颗粒治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率95.35%高于对照组的67.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.057,P=0.001<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.490,P=0.626>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量评分(84.65±4.38)分高于对照组的(62.48±3.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=24.930,P=0.000<0.05)。结论慢性皮炎使用复方甘草酸苷片联合消银颗粒进行治疗,可以取得较高的治疗效果,并且能够有效改善患者的相关临床症状,提高生活质量,有效促进患者疾病的恢复,值得大力推广于临床中。Objective To analyze the value of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with Xiaoyin granules in the treatment of chronic dermatitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic dermatitis were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyin granules and compound glycyrrhizin tablets.The therapeutic effect,and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.35%of the observation group was higher than 67.44%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.057,P=0.001<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(t=0.490,P=0.626>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score(84.65±4.38)points of the observation group was higher than(62.48±3.85)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=24.930,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Combination of compound glycyrrhizin tablets and Xiaoyin granules can get a higher therapeutic effect on patients with chronic dermatitis,and can effectively improve the related clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,can effectively promote the recovery of diseases,which is worth promoting in clinical trials.
