基于微信平台的延续性服务对双J管留置患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析基于微信平台的延续性服务对双J管留置患者生活质量的影响。方法选择贵港市人民医院2019年4月—2020年4月收治的100例双J管留置患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用常规护理联合基于微信平台的延续性服务干预,对比2组患者护理前后的自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分、双J管留置期间并发症发生率及对护理工作的满意率。结果护理前,2组患者自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分对比均无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,研究组患者对护理工作的总满意率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对双J管留置患者施行基于微信平台的延续性服务干预,不仅能有效提高自我护理能力,还能降低其并发症发生率,从而能全面提高生活质量和对护理工作的满意度。Objective To analyze the influence of wechat based continuing service on the quality of life of patients with double-J tube indwelling.Methods 100 cases of double J tube indwelling patients in our department from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given routine nursing combined with continuous service intervention based on wechat platform.The self-care ability scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared Quality of life score,incidence of complications during double-J tube indwelling and total satisfaction rate of nursing work.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group The ratio was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous service intervention based on wechat platform can not only effectively improve the self-care ability of patients with double-J tube indwelling,but also reduce the incidence of complications,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of nursing work.
