钝针扣眼穿刺针尖斜面向下法对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨钝针扣眼穿刺针尖斜面向下法对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症的影响。方法选取维持性血液透析患者40例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各20例。对照组采用绳梯式穿刺针尖斜面向下法穿刺,观察组采用钝针扣眼穿刺针尖斜面向下法穿刺,比较2组内瘘并发症发生率、穿刺疼痛感。结果相较于对照组,观察组内瘘狭窄、内瘘闭塞与血管瘤形成率均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组穿刺疼痛评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钝针扣眼穿刺针尖斜面向下法可减少血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症的发生,并减轻穿刺疼痛感。Objective to investigate the effect of Blunt Needle buttonhole puncture needle inclined plane downward on the complications of arteriovenous Fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods 40 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were divided into control group(N=20)and Observation Group(N=20).Control Group was treated with rope ladder puncture needle and obtuse needle buttonhole puncture needle.The incidence of internal Fistula and the pain of puncture were compared.Results compared with the Control Group,the observation group internal Fistula Stenosis,internal fistula occlusion and Hemangioma formation rate were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the control group,observation group puncture pain score was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blunt Needle buttonhole puncture needle inclined plane downward method can reduce the incidence of arteriovenous fistula complications in hemodialysis patients,and alleviate the pain of puncture.
