摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间某三级甲等综合性医院住院患者及陪护人员手卫生认知情况。方法本次调查通过便利抽样法选取2020年2月—3月某综合性医院普通科室住院患者及陪护人员作为调查对象,涉及25个科室共252人,采用《新冠肺炎疫情期间住院患者及陪护人员手卫生认知》调查问卷进行现况调查。结果共发放问卷252份,有效回收率100%。不同文化程度住院患者及陪护人员手卫生认知情况分布不同;不同科室住院患者及陪护人员手卫生认知情况分布不同,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);尚不能认为住院次数不同住院患者及陪护人员手卫生认知情况不同。结论受教育层次偏高、外科系统住院的患者及陪护人员手卫生意识较强,医院相关科室应加强并重视对住院患者及陪护人员手卫生相关知识的宣传、培训,以提高其手卫生依从性及正确率,从而有效避免医院聚集性疫情的发生。Objective To understand the hand hygiene awareness of inpatients and caregivers in a level-Ⅲ a general hospital during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Through the convenience sampling method,this survey selected the inpatients and the accompanying personnel in the general department of a general hospital from February to March 2020 as the survey objects,involving a total of 252 people in 25 departments.A questionnaire on hand Hygiene cognition of hospitalized patients and caregivers during COVID-19 was used to investigate the current situation.Results A total of 252 questionnaires were issued with an effective recovery rate of 100%.The cognitive distribution of hand hygiene was different among inpatients and caregivers with different educational levels.The cognitive distribution of hand hygiene was different among inpatients and caregivers.The cognitive distribution of hand hygiene among inpatients and caregivers in different departments is different.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with higher level of education,more hospitalization frequency,surgical system hospitalization and accompanying personnel have a strong hand hygiene awareness.Relevant departments of hospitals should strengthen and attach importance to the publicity and training of hand hygiene related knowledge of inpatients and their accompanying personnel,so as to improve their hand hygiene compliance and accuracy rate,so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of clustered epidemics in hospitals.
