摘　　要：目的探讨基于人文关怀的细节护理对门诊患者就医体验及满意度的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月广西壮族自治区百色市人民医院门诊就诊患者1147例,根据就诊时间分为对照组(2018年1月至12月)565例、观察组(2019年1月至12月)582例。对照组实施常规门诊护理干预,观察组给予基于人文关怀的细节护理。比较两组就医体验、满意度情况。结果观察组物理环境与便利、医患沟通、医疗信息、医疗服务总体评价评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀的细节护理干预有助于增强门诊患者就医体验幸福感,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing based on humanistic care on the medical experience and satisfaction of outpatients.Methods A total of 1147 outpatient patients were selected from Baise People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2018 to December 2019,according to the time of visit,they were divided into control group(January to December 2018)565 cases and observation group(January to December 2019)582 cases.The control group received routine outpatient nursing intervention,and the observation group received detailed nursing based on humanistic care.Medical experience and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of physical environment and convenience,doctor-patient communication,medical information and medical service in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing intervention based on humanistic care is helpful to enhance the outpatient experience of happiness,improve patient satisfaction.
