摘　　要：内关穴为临床治疗神志病证常用的穴位,效果显著,但其神经机制复杂。本文通过回顾近年来基于功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术针刺内关穴的研究发现,针刺单侧穴位,不同针刺方法其脑部区域激活的趋势不同;针刺双侧穴位,不同人群的脑部区激活改变与其病理状态密切相关。针刺内关穴及其配穴可产生脑区的广泛激活及特异性功能脑网络的重叠,这可能是临床上针刺内关穴治疗神志病证的机制所在。Nèiguān is commonly used in the clinical treatment of mental disorders,with significant curative effect,but its neural mechanism is complex.In this paper,a review of recent studies on acupuncture of nèiguān based on functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technology found that the trend of activation of brain regions is different with different acupuncture methods at unilateral acupoints.Acupuncture on both sides of the acupoints,the changes of activated brain regions in different populations are closely related to their pathological states.Acupuncture at nèiguān and its acupoints can produce extensive activation of brain regions and overlap of specific functional brain networks,which may be the mechanism of acupuncture at nèiguān in the clinical treatment of mental disorders.
