补肾养肝息风汤对肝肾阴虚型帕金森病患者综合功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾养肝息风汤对肝肾阴虚型帕金森病(PD)患者综合能力的影响。方法将我院82例PD患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各41例。对照组患者口服多巴丝肼治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用补肾养肝息风汤治疗,比较两组患者运动功能和情绪状态,认知、幻觉、肢体感觉和自主神经的异常情况。结果治疗后,两组患者帕金森病综合评分表(UPDRS-Ⅱ、UPDRS-Ⅲ、UPDRS-Ⅳ)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组认知、幻觉、肢体疼痛、肢体痉挛和不宁腿综合征发生率均下降(P<0.05),对照组上述指标差异不显著(P>0.05),且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出汗、口干、流涎、尿频尿急发生率均下降(P<0.05),对照组上述指标差异不显著(P>0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾养肝息风汤能促进肝肾阴虚型PD患者综合能力的恢复,改善其运动功能、情绪状态、认知功能、肢体感觉和自主神经功能,临床疗效较好。Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Yanggan Xifeng Decoction on the comprehensive ability of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)with liver and kidney yin deficiency. Methods 82 PD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 41 cases each. Control group was treated with oral dopasizide,and observation group was treated with Bushen Yanggan Xifeng Decoction on the basis of control group. The motor function and emotional state,the abnormal situation of cognition,hallucinations,body sensation and autonomic nerves of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the Comprehensive score of PD(UPDRS-Ⅱ,UPDRS-Ⅲ,UPDRS-Ⅳ),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of both groups decreased(P<0.05),and were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of cognition impairment,hallucinations,limb pain,limb cramps and restless legs in observation group decreased(P<0.05),the differences were not significant in control group(P>0.05),and were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05);the incidence of sweating,dry mouth,salivation,and frequent urination in observation group decreased(P<0.05),and were not significant in control group(P>0.05),and were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Yanggan Xifeng Decoction promotes the recovery of comprehensive abilities of PD patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency,and improves motor function,emotional state,cognitive function,body sensation and autonomic nerve function.
