摘　　要：《审视瑶函》因具有重要的临床价值而备受陈如泉教授推崇,他常将该书所蕴含的学术思想用于甲状腺相关性眼病(TAO)的临床诊治。认为该病临证应坚持病证结合、局部与整体辨证合参,创新性地提出病因病机理论,辨证灵活,治法丰富,方药配伍精当,善用虫类、子实类中药及膏方丸剂,理法方药圆融变通,重视预防思想。本文试从《审视瑶函》学术思想角度系统总结陈如泉教授治疗TAO经验。Shen Shi Yao Han was highly respected by Professor CHEN Ruquan because of its important clinical value,and he often applied the academic thoughts contained in the book to the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy(TAO).He insisted on the combination of disease and syndrome,partial and overall syndrome differentiation,and innovatively proposes the etiology and pathogenesis theory.He was flexible in syndrome differentiation,was rich in treatment methods,and was well-matched in prescriptions.Chinese herbal fruits or seeds,insect drugs,paste formula and pill drugs were his characteristics of medication.Professor CHEN was flexible in mechanism-method-prescription-drug and paid attention to prevention thought.This article attempts to systematically summarize Professor CHEN's experience in treating TAO from the academic thought of Shen Shi Yao Han.
