摘　　要：在王耀献教授论治慢性肾脏病经验的基础上,总结其从脾胃论治慢性肾脏病五法:升阳益胃以消尿蛋白,温阳健脾以制阴水,健脾固表以防复,和胃泻热以止呕,补后天以助先天,并引证王耀献教授临床验案两则,以期为临证提供借鉴。Based on Professor WANG Yaoxian's experience in treating chronic kidney disease,the article summarized the five treatments of chronic kidney disease by the perspective of spleen and stomach,including promoting yang and benefiting stomach to eliminate urine protein,warming yang and invigorating spleen to control yin water,supplementing spleen and strengthening surface to prevent recurrence,regulating the stomach and removing the heat to stop vomiting,supplementing the postnatal to help the congenital,and introduces Professor WANG's two clinical cases respectively,in order to provide reference advice for other doctors in clinical treatment.
