吉林市养老护理员心理弹性现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查吉林市养老护理员心理弹性现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样选取2019年7—9月吉林市8家养老机构的199名养老护理员作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版Conner-Davidson心理弹性量表、社会支持量表和简易应对方式问卷对其进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果养老护理员心理弹性总分为60.77±10.98,心理弹性与社会支持3个维度、积极应对之间均呈正相关(均P<0.01),与消极应对呈负相关(P<0.01)。性别、婚姻、工作年限、客观支持及积极应对均是养老护理员心理弹性的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论吉林市养老护理员心理弹性处于中等水平,养老机构管理者应开展有效的心理干预,可通过提高社会支持来提高养老护理员心理弹性水平,促使其选择积极的应对方式。Objective To investigate the resilience of geriatric nursing assistants in Jilin City and analyze its influencing factors.Methods 199 geriatric nursing assistants were collected from eight nursing facilities in Jilin City from July to September 2019 by the convenience sampling,and were investigated by general data questionnaire,Chinese version-Conner Davidson Resilience Scale,social support scale and simple coping style questionnaire.And the data were analyzed.Results The total score of resilience in geriatric nursing assistants was 60.77±10.98.The resilience was positively correlated with three dimensions of social support and active coping(all P<0.01),while negatively correlated with negative coping(all P<0.01).Gender,marriage,working years,objective support and positive coping style were the influencing factors of resilience in geriatric nursing assistants(all P<0.05).Conclusion The resilience of geriatric nursing assistants in Jilin City is in the middle level.The managers of nursing institutions should carry out effective psychological intervention,and improve the resilience of geriatric nursing assistants by improving social support,so as to promote them to choose a positive coping style.
