中老年冠心病患者心理弹性在基本心理需要满足与主观幸福感间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的探讨中老年冠心病患者基本心理需要满足、心理弹性与主观幸福感间的关系,并分析心理弹性在基本心理需要满足与主观幸福感间的中介作用。方法2020年5—10月采用便利抽样法,选取潍坊市2所三级甲等医院289例中老年冠心病住院患者为调查对象,运用一般情况调查表、基本心理需要满足量表、中文版心理弹性量表及纽芬兰纪念大学幸福感量表进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果中老年冠心病患者基本心理需要满足、心理弹性、主观幸福感得分分别为99.21±14.98、60.22±14.74和35.06±5.87;基本心理需要满足、心理弹性、主观幸福感间两两存在正相关关系(均P<0.01);中老年冠心病患者基本心理需要满足和心理弹性对主观幸福感均有直接预测作用,其路径系数分别是0.58和0.42,基本心理需要满足通过心理弹性为中介作用变量对主观幸福感起间接预测作用,中介效应占总效应值的27.34%。结论中老年冠心病患者主观幸福感居中等水平,可通过基本心理需要满足提升主观幸福感,也可通过改善心理弹性提升主观幸福感。Objective To explore the relationships among basic psychological need satisfaction,psychological resilience and subjective well-being in middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),analyze the mediating effect of psychological resilience between basic psychological need satisfaction and subjective well-being.Methods With convenient sampling method,289 middle-aged and elderly patients with CHD from two grade-A tertiary hospitals in Weifang City were selected from May to October 2020,and they were investigated by using the general condition questionnaire,basic psychological needs satisfaction scale,Connor-Davidson resilience scale,and Memorial University of Newfoundland scale of happiness.And the data were analyzed.Results The score of basic psychological needs satisfaction,psychological resilience and subjective well-being of middle-aged and elderly patients with CHD was 99.21±14.98,60.22±14.74 and 35.06±5.87,respectively.There were significant positive correlations among basic psychological need satisfaction,psychological resilience and subjective well-being(all P<0.01).The basic psychological needs satisfaction and psychological resilience of middle-aged and elderly patients with CHD had a direct prediction effect on subjective well-being,and their path coefficients were 0.58 and 0.42 respectively.Basic psychological needs satisfaction had an indirect prediction effect on subjective well-being through psychological resilience as a mediating variable,the mediating effect accounted for 27.34%of the total effect.Conclusion The subjective well-being of middle-aged and elderly patients with CHD is at medium level.The middle-aged and elderly patients with CHD can improve their subjective well-being by meeting their basic psychological needs,or by improving their psychological resilience.
