摘　　要：目的对南京市某星级酒店集中空调通风系统进行卫生学评价,控制和消除健康危害因素。方法2020年6月,通过调阅资料、现场查验和检测,按照WS/T 395—2012《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生学评价规范》中竣工验收评价的方法对南京市某星级酒店清洗消毒后的集中空调通风系统进行调查、分析和评价。结果南京市某星级酒店集中空调系统基本符合相关卫生要求,但游泳池新风量仅有15 m^(3)/(h·人),XF-2空调系统送风空气中真菌总数最高达560 CFU/m^(3),另外还存在冷凝水排水不畅、卫生管理不健全等卫生问题。结论该酒店集中空调系统存在一定程度的污染和卫生隐患,应加强管理,排查风险。Objective To perform the hygienic evaluation on centralized air ventilation system in a star hotel in Nanjing City,control and eliminate the health risk factors.Methods In June 2020,investigation,analysis and evaluation were conducted on centralized air ventilation system in a star hotel in Nanjing City after cleaning and disinfection by material collecting,on-site inspections and testing based on the acceptance evaluation method of WS/T 395-2012 Hygienic evaluation specification of central air conditioning ventilation system in public buildings.Results The air conditioning system in a star hotel in Nanjing City basically met the relevant health requirements,but the fresh air volume of the swimming pool was only 15 m^(3)/(h·person),the total fungi number in the air supply of XF-2 air conditioning system was up to 560 CFU/m^(3),and there were other health problems such as poor condensate drainage and unsound health management.Conclusion The centralized air ventilation system of the star-hotel is polluted to some extent and health violations,and the management should be enhanced to remove risk.
