摘 要:目的探讨感恩记录分享提升大学生生命意义感的作用和效果,为高校健康教育提供方法支持。方法采用干预组、对照组前后测试的实验设计,于2019年3—6月对长沙市某高职院校132名学生进行感恩记录分享研究。结果干预前,大学生生命意义感均值为99.95±16.50,抑郁发生率为24.2%,干预组和对照组得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);21天感恩记录分享结束后,干预组生命意义感、对生命的热忱、自主感、对未来期待得分均高于前测(均P<0.01),抑郁(SDS)得分低于前测(P<0.01);干预组生命意义感、对生命的热忱、生命目标、自主感、对未来期待得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05),抑郁(SDS)得分低于对照组(P<0.01);大学生前测生命意义感、对生命的热忱、生活目标和逃避与抑郁呈负相关(均P<0.01),后测的生命意义感及5个维度(对生命的热忱、生活目标、自主感、逃避、对未来的期待)与抑郁均呈负相关(均P<0.01)。结论感恩记录分享能有效提升大学生生命意义感。Objective To explore the effect of gratitude record sharing on enhancing college students'meaning in life,provide method support for college health education.Methods Using the pre-post test experimental design of the experimental group and the control group,132 students in a higher vocational college in Changsha City were studied from March to June for gratitude record sharing.Results Before the experiment,the average sense of meaning in life was 99.95±16.5 in college students,the incidence of depression was 24.2%,and there was no statistically significant difference in score between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After the 21-day gratitude record sharing,the scores of the experimental group's meaning in life,enthusiasm for life,sense of autonomy and expectation for the future were all higher than those in the pretest(all P<0.01),and the score of depression was lower than that in the pretest(P<0.01).The scores of meaning in life,enthusiasm for life,sense of autonomy and expectation for the future in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.01).The sense of meaning,enthusiasm for life,life goals and avoidance were negatively correlated with depression in the pretest(all P<0.01).The meaning in life and five dimensions(enthusiasm for life,life goals,sense of autonomy,avoidance,and expectation of future)were negatively correlated with depression in the post-test(all P<0.01).Conclusion Gratitude record sharing can effectively improve college students'sense of meaning in life.
