摘 要:随着医疗设备放射防护效果的提升,个人剂量监测显示,我国医疗放射工作人员的职业性外照射个人剂量处于低水平,放射工作人员长期接触职业照射可能会发生甲状腺功能异常和甲状腺形态改变。研究提示,不同岗位类型、累积剂量、年龄及性别等职业接触人群甲状腺总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、总甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平、甲状腺结节异常率的变化趋势不同,结论并不一致,低剂量电离辐射对健康效应影响机制具有多样性。我们对国内放射工作人员个人剂量水平及其对甲状腺机能影响相关研究进展进行综述,旨在为后续该领域的研究提供支持。With the improvement of radiation protection effect of medical equipment,the individual dosage monitoring shows that the dose of occupational external exposure accepted by medical radiation workers in China is at a low level.Long term exposure to occupational radiation may lead to thyroid dysfunction and morphological changes.Different studies show the occupational exposure population of different post types,cumulative dose,age and gender have the different change trends for the levels of thyroid total triiodothyronine(T3),total thyroxine(T4)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),and the abnormal rate of thyroid nodules,and the conclusions are not consistent.The mechanisms of health effects induced by low dose ionizing radiation are various.We review the research progress of individual dose level and its effect on thyroid function of radiation workers in China,in order to provide reference and guidance for the follow-up research in this field.
