摘　　要：中国共产党的农民权利保障思想,体现了对马克思主义人权观的继承与弘扬,表现出应对中国近代农民问题、维护农民权益的价值关怀。在百年发展历程中,中国共产党紧密结合国情、推进理论创新,积极促成制度变革、强化法治保障,在推动中国农民权利渐进式、多维度发展过程中,积累了丰富的思想经验。总结和弘扬既有思想经验,有助于依法回应广大农民对新时代美好生活的向往,能够在巩固脱贫攻坚成果、实施乡村振兴战略的过程中起到有效的指引作用。The Communist Party of China(CPC)’s thought of protecting farmers’ rights embodies the inheritance and development of Marxist view on human rights, and shows the value concern for dealing with farmers’ problems in modern China and safeguarding their rights and interests.In the course of one century’s development, the CPC,on the basis of considering national conditions and boosting theoretical innovation, has been actively fostering institutional reform and strengthening legal protection, thus accumulating rich ideological experience in the process of promoting the progressive and multi-dimensional development of Chinese farmers’ rights.Summarizing and carrying forward the existing ideological experience is helpful to respond to the farmers’ yearning for a better life in the new era according to the law, and can play an effective guiding role in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and implementing the rural revitalization strategy.
