摘　　要：先天性心脏病(先心病)位居我国出生缺陷之首,严重危害患儿健康,给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担。百年来,党中央高度重视先心病的诊疗工作,以为人民谋健康为出发点,出台了一系列防治政策,惠及万千患儿。先心病领域的党员专家们打破重重困难,在技术研究和自主创新领域填补了我国先心病治疗领域的多项空白,奠定了我国先心病外科治疗发展的基础。中青年专家们传承老一辈专家的医者精神,不断提高诊疗质量,在先心病的手术难度、治疗时间和技术改进领域寻求突破和创新,推动了我国先心病事业的发展。在党的领导下,我国的先心病诊疗取得了长足的发展,手术成功率和病死率大幅下降,手术难度不断提升,部分术式及治疗成功率处于世界领先水平。本文将从我国的先心病防治政策、优秀党员事迹及取得的创新成果进行回顾总结。Congenital heart disease is the first birth defect in China,seriously endangering the health of sick children, bringing a heavy burden to families and society. Over the past 100 years, The Chinese Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease, and has formulated a series of prevention and treatment policies to benefit thousands of children with congenital heart disease. The Party members and experts in the field of congenital heart disease have broken through many difficulties, filled many gaps in the field of treatment of congenital heart disease in China in the field of technical research and independent innovation, and laid the foundation of surgical treatment of congenital heart disease in China. Young and middle-aged experts inherit the spirit of the older generation, improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment, seek breakthrough and innovation in the field of operation difficulty, treatment time and technology improvement of congenital heart disease, and promote the development of the cause of congenital heart disease in China. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart diseaseWe have made great progress with, the success rate highly improved and the mortality rate of operation have been greatly reduced,;tThe difficulty of operation has been continuously raised, and the success rate of some operation and treatment is in the leading level in the world. This article will reviews the policies of prevention and treatment of congenital heart disease, and the excellent deeds of the outstanding party members and the innovation achievements.
