摘  要:目的探讨Ozaki自体心包主动脉瓣成形术行小儿主动脉瓣成形的近中期治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2017年5月至2021年4月间15例行Ozaki手术患儿的临床资料,其中男9例,女6例,平均手术年龄(4.9±1.4)岁。主动脉瓣狭窄2例,主动脉瓣反流13例,均使用Ozaki方法重建主动脉瓣单个或多个瓣叶。术前及术后行超声分别评估主动脉瓣功能及左心室功能。结果围手术期患儿无死亡,无因修复失败而术中即刻改行主动脉瓣置换病例。平均随访(17.7±15.0)个月,无血栓等不良并发症,无患儿死亡。结论采用Ozaki手术重建小儿主动脉瓣叶的近中期手术疗效良好,瓣膜功能持久性可待长期随访明确。Objective To explore the mid-short term results of Ozaki procedure in aortic valve reconstruction in children.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 patients who received the Ozaki operation in our hospital from May 2017 to April 2021.There were 9 males and 6 females with an average operation age of(4.9±1.4)years.There were 2 children with aortic stenosis and 13 children with aortic regurgitation using Ozaki technique to reconstruct single or multiple leaflets of aortic valve.Besides aortic valve and left ventricular function were evaluated before and after surgery.Results No perioperative death.There was no immediate change to aortic valve replacement due to repair failure.No other complications such as thrombosis during(17.7±15.0)months follow-up.Conclusion The Ozaki technique of reconstructing aortic valve leaflet for the treatment in children is effective in mid-and short-term,and the persistence of its valve function remains to be determined in the long-term follow-up.
