摘 要:利用玻璃钢蒙皮和芳纶纸蜂窝,采用整体共固化的方式,对芳纶纸蜂窝夹层结构的一体化成型技术进行了研究,验证了蒙皮-蜂窝芯子-蒙皮(三明治结构)结构一体化成型的工艺可行性,并制备蜂窝夹层结构。通过比较夹层结构的粘接效果和面外静态稳定压缩测试,结合压缩应力-应变曲线,采用理论分析方法建立了夹层结构屈服强度本构方程。工艺试验和测试结果表明,采用玻璃钢蒙皮和芳纶纸蜂窝所制备的蜂窝夹层复合材料,蒙皮与蜂窝夹芯间胶接质量良好,弹性阶段面外静态稳定压缩强度达到5MPa,具备优异的层间和抗压性能,为其在相关领域的应用提供了一定理论基础。The fiberglass skin and aramid paper honeycomb is used and the whole co-curing method is adopted to study the integrated molding technology of aramid honeycomb sandwich structure. The feasibility of integrated molding of the skin-honeycore-skin(sandwich structure) structure is verified, and then the honeycomb sandwich structure is prepared. By comparing the bonding effect of the sandwich structure and the static stability compression test of the surface, combined with the compression stress-strain curve, the constitutive equation of yield strength of the sandwich struc-ture is established by theoretical analysis. The process test and results show that the honeycomb sandwich composite material prepared with fiberglass skin and aramid honeycomb has a good bonding quality between the skin and the honeycomb sandwich core, the static stable compression strength of the outside layer is up to 5 MPa at the elastic stage, which shows that the sandwich structure has excellent interlayer and anti-pressure properties,which provides a theoretical basis for its application in related fields.
